Our Caregivers

We are caring for people you love so we realize how important it is to have a compassionate well trained individual working in your home. We start by hiring only the "cream of the crop" and all applicants go through a battery of tests and screenings that focus on skills, experience, attitudes and job fit. Caregivers must pass the company hiring litmus test which is "would we feel comfortable having this potential employee care for our own mother?" All our employees are bonded and insured.

Learning comes in many forms at Andelcare. We have guest speakers from various organizations talking on pertinent topics. Our staff can learn through a live seminar, be mentored on the job, self study courses with handouts or watch videos to gain additional training that fits their learning style.

Our caregivers offer a level of support and interaction that helps seniors remain engaged in life, reducing their feelings of isolation and encouraging activities that stimulate thinking and promote physical well-being.
